Welcome

I attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 2015 to 2017. Soon after I attended National Holistic Institute and completed their core program of 800 total hours of training, graduating in 2019. While The state of California only requires 500 hours of training, through NHI’s program I gained 166 of those 800 hours through their student clinic, externship, and volunteer opportunities. NHI provided experiences for me to view massage in a variety of settings. From clinical at The Chiropractic Center to luxury spa at Solstice Spa as well as events like the Santa Rosa Marathon and the YMCA Health Fair in 2018. As a student, I completed an additional 12-hour training course for Burn Scar Therapy. After graduating, I passed the MBLEX exam and became California State certified in Massage Therapy. Shortly after, I began working for ME Spa in Santa Rosa for a year and have come to love massage in a spa setting. It’s what inspired me to open up my own massage business, Empress Massage.
